About the role

Do you have a passion for big data and assisting business lines with data and analytical reporting needs? Do you want to lead the efforts of one of the largest and most critical initiatives at COUNTRY Financial? In this role, you will lead team members thru the design, development, and validation of a data solution to help ensure the most accurate pricing for our clients insurance needs. You will serve as a technical expert while participating in the full development life cycle of a multi year effort. In an agile environment, you will collaborate with business partners at multiple levels of the organization while providing day to day direction to other members of your technology team.

- Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements. - Develops software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards. - Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions. - Implements software solutions following best practices.

Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Base Pay Range:

$112,800-$155,100

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
