Growth Product Manager - Riser Motorcycle App (Powered by Cardo).

About RISER: RISER is a dynamic platform for motorcyclists worldwide, accessible through iOS, Android, and web platforms. RISER connects motorcycle enthusiasts, provides route planning, and fosters a vibrant community of riders passionate about exploring the world on two wheels.

Riser was acquired by Cardo Systems in 2023.

We’re seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive scalable growth for our motorcycle app. This role blends product growth, growth marketing, and experimentation, and is ideal for someone passionate about or interested in the riding community.

As a Growth Product Manager, you’ll own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy for the Riser Motorcycle App, ensuring we acquire, activate, engage, and retain users effectively. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to implement experiments, automation, and engagement initiatives that drive sustainable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the growth strategy – Identify, prioritize, and implement creative initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Leverage automation & paid campaigns – Optimize marketing automation, paid ads, and referral programs to scale user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate on product strategy and execution – Work closely with the product team to ensure growth initiatives align with product enhancements.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives – Create and test campaigns that resonate with motorcycle riders, from content to partnerships.
  • Drive growth experiments – Develop and test hypotheses using A/B testing, user segmentation, and behavioral insights to enhance key metrics.
  • Define and analyze key growth metrics – Track performance, identify new levers, and iterate based on insights.
  • Champion the voice of the customer – Partner with product design and feedback loops to align product decisions with rider needs.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives – Work with leadership and Cardo (Riser’s backer) to execute on key business goals.

  • Tech-savvy & hands-on – You have experience with growth tools, automation platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.

 

 


Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product growth, product management, marketing, or similar in an app-driven company.
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Braze, RevenueCat, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) – including running experiments, optimizing activation funnels, and scaling retention strategies.
  • Strong ability to define and execute A/B tests that impact key growth KPIs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally between marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams.
  • Knowledge of the motorcycle industry, rider communities, and their digital behaviors is a major plus.
  • Prior experience working in mobile apps is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) is a plus.
  • Location of the position –Vienna, Austria
  • Languages – Fluent English – a must; German – an advantage.
