Job Description:

As a Business Manager, you will be at the helm of various business segments, ensuring seamless daily operations while steering long-term strategic planning. Your role will be pivotal in crafting and executing innovative business strategies to drive organizational success and achieve ambitious goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.

You will: 

  • Partner with various business units to effectively implement strategic initiatives and tactical plans 

  • Develop and coordinate strategies for Business Management responses to Bids and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) 

  • Formulate and provide sales strategies, leveraging product information, competitive product comparisons, and pricing data as required 

  • Manage price exceptions to ensure budgeted revenue and profitability targets are met 

  • Prepare government price books in compliance with contract specifications 

  • Monthly regression testing as well as testing of changes in configure, price quote tool 

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals 

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments 

  • Identifying and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth and efficient processes 

 

Your Background: 

As a Business Manager, you have 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field 

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar managerial role 

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

  • The ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively 

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
