Job Description:
As a Business Manager, you will be at the helm of various business segments, ensuring seamless daily operations while steering long-term strategic planning. Your role will be pivotal in crafting and executing innovative business strategies to drive organizational success and achieve ambitious goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.

You will:
Partner with various business units to effectively implement strategic initiatives and tactical plans
Develop and coordinate strategies for Business Management responses to Bids and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Formulate and provide sales strategies, leveraging product information, competitive product comparisons, and pricing data as required
Manage price exceptions to ensure budgeted revenue and profitability targets are met
Prepare government price books in compliance with contract specifications
Monthly regression testing as well as testing of changes in configure, price quote tool
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments
Identifying and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth and efficient processes
Your Background:
As a Business Manager, you have
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar managerial role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
The ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
