Visier Embedded Analytics offer foundational technology for our partners to commercialize data, intelligence and AI for their customers and advisory practices across key verticals, including HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. As a Platform Solution Consultant, you play a critical role in the sales process for Visier’s embedded platform & solutions. You own the technical and solution workstreams of the evaluation process and work closely with other functions to guide a prospective partner through their value journey. You are responsible for architecting solutions that meet the partner’s needs and align with our platform’s capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in the Visier People Data Platform, data, analytics, and AI to ensure that technical components are effectively integrated into Partner solutions and deliver real-world impact.

What you'll be doing...
  • Partner Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with embedded partners, particularly their technical leaders in Product and Engineering. Understand their business needs, technical environments, and data challenges.
  • Solution Architecture: Develop and articulate compelling solution architectures that leverage our data and analytics platform to address partner requirements.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance throughout the partner journey, including platform integration, data architecture, security, and best practices.
  • Proof of Concept & Demos: Create and deliver customized proofs of concept and demos showcasing the value and capabilities of our platform for specific partner use cases.
  • Technical Enablement: Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for partners.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and objections raised by partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, engineering) to ensure alignment and successful partner outcomes.
  • Market Advocacy: Share partner success stories and contribute to thought leadership initiatives to promote the value of our platform.
What you'll bring to the table...
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in solution architecture, data analytics, or related disciplines are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar role, focusing on selling, architecting, or implementing data and analytics solutions.
  • Proven experience working with embedded systems and platform integrations.
  • Expertise in data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, and ETL/data engineering tools like Spark, Python, SQL, Fivetran, and Matillion.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and a strong understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
  • Knowledge of the HR technology industry and an understanding of its unique data challenges and needs is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements as needed.

The base pay range for this position in the Canada is $160 - 190k CAD + commission 

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
