Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

This newly created role is designed to reduce the day-to-day workload of the Director by taking ownership of smaller Odoo-related updates and fixes. You’ll act as the first point of contact for internal user issues and work closely with our Web Dev team to ensure smooth resolution, while testing updates and ensuring functionality is maintained.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support by helping manage and streamline Odoo-related tasks.

• Gather detailed input from internal users when Odoo issues arise.

• Clearly communicate and brief the Web Dev team on reported issues; track their resolution progress.

• Review proposed fixes and validate them prior to deployment.

• Test live updates to confirm issue resolution and ensure no new problems are introduced.

• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and escalate concerns when needed.

• Offer suggestions to enhance Odoo workflows and overall system efficiency.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (not entry-level)

• Prior experience supporting or improving business systems

• Strong attention to detail and process thinking.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong coordination and communication skills, especially across teams.

• Familiarity with Gmail, Excel, and ChatGPT.

• Willingness to collaborate with multiple teams

• Training on internal tools will be provided

Advantageous / nice to have:

• Odoo experience is a strong advantage

• Open to candidates experienced with similar systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zoho)
