Role Overview
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our firm. You'll answer our phones, route calls, take messages, and provide administrative support to keep our office running smoothly. We're looking for someone comfortable working with legal and private information who can multitask and communicate effectively with clients and staff. This is a full-time remote position with set hours Monday-Friday.

Experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role
Excellent phone manner and ability to communicate effectively
Able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and pay close attention to details
Comfortableworking with sensitive legal information
Reliable internet connection and computer
Has iCloud access since the client uses this for their scheduling
