Job Title:

Senior Paid Ads & Content Marketing Specialist (LinkedIn & Meta)

Schedule: 20 hours/week Monday to Friday, flexible during UK business hours.
Overview:

BruntWork is looking for an experienced Paid Ads & Content Marketing Specialist to support a rapidly growing digital marketing agency. This role is ideal for a marketer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, developing high-converting ad creatives, and producing compelling content tailored to small-to-medium business audiences.

You’ll be working closely with the company's founder to lead both internal campaigns and client accounts—creating copy, designing visual assets, managing ad spend, and reporting on performance. This is a remote role with flexible hours but requires a results-driven mindset and proven experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, launch, and manage LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid ad campaigns.

  • Develop and write compelling copy and creatives for ad campaigns aligned with business goals.

  • Design ad graphics and visual content using Canva, Figma, and video-editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.

  • Build and maintain content calendars; schedule posts using Hootsuite or similar tools.

  • Collaborate with the client on campaign direction, testing ad formats, messaging, and audience targeting.

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and suggest optimizations.

  • Contribute to lead generation strategies—especially LinkedIn campaigns targeting small to medium-sized business owners.

  • Complete a pre-interview task showcasing how you'd structure a lead gen campaign and what content you'd use.

  • CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Hootsuite or other scheduling tools
