Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Digital Advertising Support Specialist to join their fast-growing paid media team. They are a leader in digital marketing for law firms, healthcare providers, and home service businesses across the U.S. In recent years, they have been recognized for their outstanding client results, transparent processes, and rapid growth within the digital marketing industry.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about digital advertising, who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment, and is eager to gain deep experience in Google and Meta Ads campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Prepare and schedule ad creatives, text, and assets as instructed by the Digital Advertising Strategist.

  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and flag underperformance or irregularities.

  • Compile campaign data and generate performance reports with key takeaways.

  • Contribute to A/B testing strategies for creatives, targeting, and messaging.

  • Communicate campaign status and needs effectively with internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with the Strategist to help clients increase reach, leads, and conversions.



Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing or advertising support role (agency background preferred).

  • Familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools.

  • Comfort working Eastern Time hours (GMT-5).

  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign dashboards.

  • Solid communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Eagerness to grow and stay updated on advertising platform changes and policies.

  • Experience with tools like Canva or Adobe is a plus.

  • Bonus: experience with digital marketing KPIs and platform policies.
