GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Total Rewards Coordinator supports the organization's comprehensive Total Rewards strategy by focusing on data management, systems administration, and analytical support. This role serves as the technical backbone of the Total Rewards function, ensuring accurate data collection, insightful analysis, and efficient systems operations. The position reports to the Lead Total Rewards Specialist and works collaboratively across the People team to support employee-focused initiatives.
Position Duties & Functions:

Data Management & Analysis
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HRIS, compensation systems, surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitor practices, and other sources
- Processes, analyzes, and presents data to generate meaningful business insights related to Total Rewards
- Builds and maintains dashboards and reports to track key Total Rewards metrics
- Identifies trends and patterns in data to support strategic decision-making

Payroll related Administration
- Monitors the approval process for personnel related changes
- Coordinates with Payroll the data entry of approved personnel related changes

Systems Administration
- Manages, administers, and monitors key HR systems related to Total Rewards, including HRIS, benefits administration, and compensation management platforms
- Troubleshoots system issues and works with vendors to resolve technical problems
- Maintains data integrity and ensures accurate information flows between various HR systems
- Assists with system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

Benefits Support
- Assists with benefits administration including onboarding/orientation, enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Prepares and delivers materials for benefits orientations and open enrollment
- Researches and responds to employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Supports the processing of leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork
- Assists with Workers' Compensation claim documentation and tracking
- Reconciles and administers the monthly billing process of benefit related invoices

Compensation Support
- Assists with compensation data collection and analysis
- Helps maintain job descriptions and compensation structures
- Supports annual compensation review processes
- Assists with market surveys and benchmarking activities

Process Improvement
- Identifies opportunities to improve Total Rewards processes through automation and system enhancements
- Documents current processes and helps develop standard operating procedures
- Tests new system features and provides feedback on functionality

Communication & Education
- Assists in developing and delivering Total Rewards communications and training materials
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding Total Rewards programs
- Helps maintain the Total Rewards section of the employee intranet or portal

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:
- 3+ years' related HR business systems or benefits administration experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required
- SHRM-CP, CEBS courses in progress, or similar certification a plus
- Financial Services industry experience is a plus
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Technical aptitude with ability to learn and master HR systems quickly
- Data management skills including experience with data extraction, analysis, and visualization
- Ability to write and speak effectively in English using correct spelling and grammar
- Basic math skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
- Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including advanced skills in Excel
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on employee experience

Zone 1: $74,160.00 - $101,970.00
Zone 2: $67,485.60 - $92,792.70
Zone 3: $62,294.40 - $85,654.80
Zone 4: $59,328.00 - $81,576.00
Please note that annual salary ranges are posted for these roles; however, compensation will be paid on an hourly basis, and the ranges displayed are based on 2,080 hours per year.
