ClinicMind is a growing healthcare technology company on a mission to simplify practice management for clinicians and help them thrive. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing lead and help keep our campaigns, content, and projects running smoothly and effectively.

 

About the Role

We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and creative to support our marketing efforts with:

  1. Content Coordination: Scheduling blog and social media posts, managing content requests, and ensuring tasks are completed on time

  2. Email Marketing: Assisting with email campaign setup, scheduling, and quality assurance

  3. Lead Generation Support: Helping run campaigns that drive new leads and organizing campaign materials

  4. Project Management: Following up with team members and vendors to ensure progress and nothing slips through the cracks

  5. SEO Support: Assisting with keyword research, blog optimization, and on-page SEO improvements (training available if you're new to this)

  6. AI Bot Optimization: Helping improve content visibility in AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity (no prior AI experience needed)
    General Marketing Help: Providing a second set of eyes, spotting issues, and bringing fresh ideas to the table

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  2. 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or client facing role.
