Description Collabrios delivers purpose-built software solutions that unify the entire care journey. By combining deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology, we empower care providers to streamline operations while delivering exceptional care. From PACE programs to government agencies, our integrated technology infrastructure supports the full spectrum of care delivery. Position Summary We’re looking for a mission-driven Product Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform. This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of healthcare operations, technology, and regulatory compliance—and is passionate about building solutions that directly impact the lives of older adults and the care teams who support them. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, compliance, and customer-facing teams to ensure our EHR platform delivers real value to users and adapts to evolving market and policy needs. This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment. Key Responsibilities Shape Product Vision: Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our PACE EHR platform, grounded in the needs of interdisciplinary care teams and CMS regulations. Partner with Stakeholders: Engage with clinicians, administrators, internal teams, and partners to gather feedback, prioritize features, and validate product decisions. Drive Feature Development: Own the product lifecycle from ideation and prioritization through development and launch, ensuring delivery is timely, iterative, and aligned with user needs. Monitor Market & Policy Trends: Stay ahead of changes in CMS, HIPAA, and other healthcare IT regulations; translate those insights into product features and updates. Champion Human-Centered Design: Work closely with UX/UI to ensure our platform is intuitive, accessible, and supportive of team-based care. Measure What Matters: Define KPIs, track platform performance, and use data to drive product enhancements. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the communication bridge across engineering, QA, clinical SMEs, sales, and customer success to keep efforts aligned. Requirements What You Will Bring Required 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare technology or EHR systems Familiarity with PACE programs, long-term care, or integrated care delivery models Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks Knowledge of EHR interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), HIPAA, and CMS reporting requirements Strong ability to translate user needs into clear, prioritized product requirements Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Bonus Points If You Have Hands-on experience working with or supporting a PACE organization Background in healthcare delivery, health informatics, or clinical operations Technical fluency—comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and integration workflows What We Offer At Collabrios Health, we’re committed to fostering a workplace that supports your well-being, growth, and ability to make a meaningful impact.
