About the role

Carrier is looking for a Workday Human Capital Management Lead Analyst, this role empowers you to leverage your expertise. You'll translate business strategies into reality, solve problems, and partner with Product Managers to define the future of our HR technology (Workday).

Key responsibilities:

As a Workday Human Capital Management Lead Analyst you’ll be responsible for:

  • Be a subject matter expert to business stakeholders while gathering requirements and consulting on Core HCM capabilities and configurations.
  • Design, test, and implement scalable, flexible, and maintainable business processes and solutions to meet identified business needs
  • Translate business strategy and stakeholder needs into documented business & technical requirements.
  • Provide Workday support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to design, configurations, business processes, integrations, and data.
  • Coordinate testing to ensure that the product functionality and all upstream/downstream integrations are working as designed. Ensure that the required specifications are met with efficient, accurate, and quality information.
  • Familiar with Application Management Services (AMS) teams in Core HCM to understand the operational activities in detailed manner.
  • Stay current with Workday, other leading HCM technologies, Gen AI relevant to the product Core HCM.
  • Share the knowledge with HRT team members and the relevant business stakeholders.
  • Develop trusted relationships with the business stakeholders and Digital (DT) teams.
  • Assist the Product Managers and the Product Leaders with the development of strategic roadmap for Core HCM.
  • Ownership of the half yearly WD release cycle for Core HCM, which includes the analysis, reviewing, impacts and adoption of new features.

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization.

• Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA.

• Ability to create documentation artifacts such as User Guides, Process Flow Charts, and Test Plans and slide decks for presenting to leadership desirable.
