About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our team and help build the future of logistics. In this role, you'll lead the product vision, strategy and execution for a specific product area. You will engage with customers, write specs, sketch mockups, shepherd product execution, and define our roll-out strategy. Ultimately, you will be part of the journey in disrupting the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
Be a product evangelist, own and execute the product vision;
Work closely with engineers, designers, sales, marketing, customer team members to build and launch new product experiences;
Lead product go-to-market strategy, including positioning, documentation, and training;
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer usage data to uncover product insights;
Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog;
Engage with customers to understand their supply chain, business and needs, write specifications, sketch mockups, UI wireframes, shepherd product execution, and define our rollout strategy;
Confer with customers, vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding current and future customer needs and priorities as well as product and production specifications;
Write detailed specifications for engineering teams and establish sequence of operations to promote efficient utilization;
Analyze product specifications with engineering and QA teams on the execution of new features and to determine standards and reliability objectives of finished product;
Ensure that features are delivered on schedule and with high quality;
Test features and report bugs during the validation process;
Identify and resolve problems.
What we are looking for:
5+ years of Product Management experience, collaborating with Engineering, User Experience, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to build and launch products people love!
Bachelor's degree in Business, Software Engineering, or Supply Chain Management is preferred;
Supply Chain or Logistics experience is a big plus;
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to champion the product vision, deliver a compelling demos, and explain complex concepts in simple terms;
Entrepreneurial self-starter, and knows how to structure and breakdown ambiguous problems into executable steps for a team;
Able to drive multiple projects and coordinate product roll-outs across functions;
Intellectually curious and loves learning new thing;
Embraces analyzing and using data to inform decisions.
