We are seeking a highly organized Revenue Operations Coordinator to manage the fulfillment process for sample boxes and marketing collateral. In this role, you will coordinate logistics working closely with external print vendors, internal sourcing teams, and the warehouse to ensure all materials are produced, bundled, and delivered accurately.

What you'll do here:

  • Coordinate with approved vendors for printing quotes, timelines, and production details.

  • Partner with internal sourcing and warehouse teams to define bundle components for sample kits and marketing collateral shipments.

  • Manage timelines and monitor deliverables to ensure on-time fulfillment for marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Maintain clear project records, vendor communications, and tracking logs.

  • Monitor collateral and sample inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.

  • Support the marketing operations team by ensuring all components meet specifications and delivery requirements.

Skills you will need here:

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

  • Clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Ability to track multiple projects and deadlines at once.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word); experience with project management or fulfillment tracking systems is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; related administrative experience a plus.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$19.00 - $23.00 USD
