Who are we?
We are a female-founded scale-up, currently made up of around 80 AltoVitians. Our fully-remote team hails from 14 different countries and collectively speaks 18 languages. Most of the time, it is our differences that are celebrated (whether they are in cultures, personalities, preferences or passions). However, despite those differences, there are a few principal attributes that we share which define an AltoVitian. AltoVitians are tenacious, humble, and thoughtful. Being humble is important because it enables us to keep learning every day, and tenacity is necessary because in a high performing environment as fast-paced as AltoVita, taking it slow is simply not an option!
Today is a particularly exciting time to join our team, we closed our Series A financing round in late 2022 and aim to close Series B by the end of the year. Our Client Development team plays a vital role as trusted advisors and partners to our clients. Embodying our consultative philosophy, this dedicated team proactively shares new market insights, analyzes data, and empowers our clients with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions, ensuring our clients are always equipped to make the best choices for their corporate housing needs.
AltoVita’s technology provides a cloud-based bridge between the highly fragmented property distribution system and multinational Global 2000 companies. A proprietary two-way API integration with a standardised sourcing process reduces the legacy, inefficient 48-to-72-hour bidding process down to a few minutes, saving valuable time and money.
Corporate clients love the bespoke user interface seamlessly configured to their mobility policies, and employees enjoy a greater sense of choice and support in their relocation journey.
About the role
As the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager at AltoVita, you will shape and lead a vital area of our business, driving efficiency and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer development. We're looking for someone ready to hit the ground running, make an immediate impact, and bring best practices that will help us scale successfully.
You’ll be responsible for empowering the revenue teams through process optimisation, ensuring data integrity, and fostering collaboration across teams. Your work will directly influence revenue growth and operational excellence in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously improve, develop, and document commercial policies, processes, and procedures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of data and customer records in HubSpot and other systems.
Act as a strategic liaison between revenue teams, ensuring alignment in workflows, reporting, and technology usage.
Carry out sales forecasting and modelling to support Altovita’s geographic and strategic sales planning decisions.
Proactively analyse sales/marketing trends and metrics to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights to the Sales team.
Support the set up of marketing operations improving marketing campaigns tracking and ROi measurement for marketing activities.
Provide insights and support the Customer Development team in improving onboarding, retention and expansion.
Set up analytical reporting processes to enable data-driven strategy formulation and decision-making.
Develop and implement best practices tailored to the corporate housing and business travel industry to improve operational efficiency.
Design and implement scalable revenue processes across the full customer lifecycle from lead generation and pipeline management to retention and expansion to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals
Provide training on tools, processes, and strategies to empower commercial teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to global clients.
Administration of our cross-functional revenue tech tools, including HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Geekbot, with a focus on optimizing functionality, implementing improvements, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Work closely with leadership and teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Development to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.
Who you are
3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related RevOps role.
1+ years experience within the business travel or corporate housing industry is desirable.
Proven track record of driving measurable improvements for revenue teams.
Experience working in a high-growth, scale-up environment is a must.
Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM and other enterprise SaaS tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, modelling, and setting up reporting processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills to foster collaboration across teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
