The Team

The Global Revenue Enablement Department at UserTesting was established to optimize and maximize the productivity and performance of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. We are a critical partner to the global sales, solutions, customer success, and professional services teams, ensuring they have the processes, tools, and enablement resources needed to consistently achieve their targets and drive sustainable revenue growth.


The Opportunity

The Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager, Americas, will play a critical role in empowering our North American (NAM) sales team to achieve peak performance. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive regional enablement strategy that aligns with global objectives and addresses the unique needs of the NAM market.

  • Regional Strategy: 

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for the NAM region, ensuring alignment with UserTesting's global revenue effectiveness initiatives.

  • Needs Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps, knowledge gaps, and performance challenges within the NAM sales team.

  • Program Delivery:

    • Design and deliver impactful onboarding programs, ongoing training initiatives, and targeted coaching sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and sales methodology adoption.

  • Content Creation & Curation:

    • Create and curate high-quality, engaging sales content (e.g., presentations, playbooks, battle cards, case studies) tailored to the NAM market and buyer personas.

  • Sales Support:

    • Provide ongoing support to the NAM sales team, including access to tools, resources, and best practices to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.

  • Collaboration:

    • Partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, product marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

  • Performance Measurement:

    • Track and analyze the impact of enablement programs on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales cycle length, win rates, and deal size.
       

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Training, or a similar role.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct needs assessments and identify areas for improvement.

  • Experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs and content.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
