What You Will Do
Supports the development of all instructional training delivery methods (in-person, online, self-service, etc.) and mediums such as audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and curriculum.
Consults with business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct task analysis and recommend solutions.
Supports the development and integration of human resource learning programs and employees to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts, instructional design theory, and measurement and evaluation methods.
Supports the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
Uses instructional design methodology to design and develop blended learning solutions.
Works with reporting team to evaluate and measure instructional solutions to gauge effectiveness.
Supports the design of HR training programs for management and employees.
Partners with other associate readiness resources within the departments to design learning projects.
Elevates risks and proposes mitigation strategies to meet timelines.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Organization Development, Instructional Design, Learning, Leadership, Psychology, or other related fields preferred and 3 Years Experience in training delivery and/or instructional design experience required; preferably for a large multi-state and/or global company.
3 Years Progressive experience in operational, strategic, and systems thinking.
3 Years Experience successfully managing multiple priorities & projects through successful delivery & implementation under time, budget, and political pressure.
Experience in measurement and evaluation methods.
Excellent project management and risk mitigation abilities.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to design effective blended learning solutions.
Experience in conducting needs assessments and task analysis.
Preferred Skills/Education
Master's Degree Organization Development, Instructional Design, Learning, Leadership, Psychology, or other related fields preferred and 5 Years Experience in training delivery and/or instructional design experience required; preferably for a large multi-state and/or global company
5 Years Experience successfully managing multiple priorities & projects through successful delivery & implementation under time, budget, and political pressure
Experience with an LMS system (Workday preferred)
