Job description

Vertical Relevance is looking for a ServiceNow Workflow Designer to join our team as a W2 consultant and work remotely. This person is responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying software systems.

As a ServiceNow Workflow Designer, you will implement technical solutions as part of a team for customer engagements. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills needed to drive customer success.

Required Skills and Experiences:

3-5+ years focused on implementation of ServiceNow in a financial services environment.
Proven experience in client communication, and stakeholder requirements management.
Strong ServiceNow platform expertise; ServiceNow CSA and other certifications, accreditations, badges.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Minimum 3-5+ years of consulting experience, with at least 3years working with the ServiceNow platform
Proven experience in delivering successful ServiceNow implementations across multiple clients in the Financial Services sector.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and/or CSM/FSO/GRC.
Deep understanding and real-world experience configuring ServiceNow Workflows
Strong client management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experienced, Certified, hands-on ServiceNow Workflow Designer responsible for designing, building, and optimizing workflows in ITSM and / or CSM modules on the ServiceNow platform in the Financial Services area.
Ability to effectively engage with client stakeholders to identify requirements, map requirements to ServiceNow capabilities / modules.
Identify and prioritize gaps, work with clients to define MVP requirements, configure, test and deliver configurations that meet / exceed client expectations on time and within schedule.
