JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a visionary and data-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead the next chapter of our digital growth. This role goes beyond traditional tactics—embracing AI-powered search, zero-click content, and omnichannel experiences to accelerate acquisition, drive retention, and elevate brand engagement across the entire digital funnel.

As a senior leader, you will guide our digital marketing strategy and execution across channels including performance marketing, paid and organic search, programmatic, social, website optimization, and marketing automation. Your goal: build a high-impact engine that scales efficiently and continuously evolves with today’s digital innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Own and evolve the digital marketing roadmap—leading strategy and execution across SEO, SEM, paid media, social, website, and emerging platforms.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance personalization, optimize ad performance, and reduce manual workflows across the Martech stack.
  • Champion a growth marketing mindset, driving full-funnel performance and testing strategies with a relentless focus on measurable impact (CAC, CLTV, ROAS, and pipeline influence).
  • Define the digital prospect/client experience, ensuring brand consistency across web, mobile, and app environments (e.g., Communities) prioritizing frictionless UX and conversion paths.
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of channel experts & agency, fostering a culture of experimentation, agility, and learning.
  • Build predictive dashboards and reporting frameworks using marketing analytics platforms to surface actionable insights and campaign intelligence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, Content, and Rev Ops to ensure alignment, lead quality, and journey cohesion.
  • Stay ahead of trends in zero-click search, generative content, omnichannel orchestration, and privacy-first data strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 12+ years in digital marketing, with 4+ years in team leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling digital programs in SaaS or tech-forward environments—B2B strongly preferred.
  • Expertise across the modern marketing tech stack: including platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Marketing Cloud by Salesforce, Salesforce, and AI tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT).
  • Proven track record in performance marketing, lead generation, website optimization, and digital campaign orchestration.
  • Strong analytical chops; fluent in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and data storytelling.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator with a bias for action and results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced certifications are a plus).

Salary Range: $128,000 - $160,000 USD + a potential OTI
