Our client is a recruitment agency based in Miami and London. They help fast-growing tech startups and innovative companies across the U.S. and Europe hire the right HR, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition specialists.
They're now hiring a Senior Recruiter based remotely in Latin America to handle the full recruitment cycle. You’ll manage relationships with both candidates and clients, help improve hiring processes, and support the growth of the agency’s U.S. market presence.

Manage the full recruitment process for roles such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Recruiters, Employer Branding Specialists, and related positions at U.S. tech companies.
Talk directly with U.S.-based hiring managers, advising them on salary ranges, interview processes, market insights, and candidate evaluations.
Find and interview strong candidates based in the U.S., mainly via LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and online communities.
Prepare clear candidate shortlists and guide hiring decisions.
Coordinate job offers, negotiate compensation, handle reference checks, and oversee onboarding smoothly.
Support the agency’s growth through client relationships and networking
Keep accurate notes in ATS, communicate updates clearly via email, Slack, and video calls.
Experience recruiting HR roles (for example Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Managers, HR Business Partners, Employer Brand Specialists).
You’re familiar with the tech/startup ecosystem, especially in the U.S.
You’ve created content or participated in webinars/events to boost your personal brand or build relationships.
Previous experience with sales, business development, or client management activities (such as negotiating contracts, managing relationships, growing accounts).
You’re comfortable with advanced sourcing methods and using modern ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.)
