Job description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. 
  • As a Remote Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our Technology Clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to source and screen qualified technical candidates.
    • Candidate Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for technical roles.
    • Employer Branding: Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand in the Indian market.
    • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders.
    • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment efforts.


    Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in India, US and Canada Market.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian IT market and technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • MUST HAVE A RELIABLE LAPTOP AND INTERNET

    Salary:

    ₹- 2.5- 6 Lakhs per Annum
