About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoice Manager & Traffic Coordinator to support our client’s Media Services department by managing the flow of TV media invoices and coordinating spot deliveries to TV stations.

The Invoice Manager & Traffic Coordinator would be responsible for handling the complete invoice process, ensuring all TV media invoices are received, reviewed for accuracy, and processed on time each month. The role involves close coordination with Media Buyers, Traffic Managers, and TV stations, so strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Experience in a media or advertising environment is a plus.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain an accurate monthly invoice database, checking media invoices for rates, run dates, and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Data Officer on import issues and work with Accounting to ensure accurate billing.
  • Send weekly traffic to TV stations, and confirm with stations within a day of campaign start.
  • Place ER orders and ensure media spots are added to rotation and received by stations on time.
  • Enter traffic data into Strata, verify with invoices, and communicate errors to Media Buyers.
  • Download, analyze, and distribute monthly CSA reports, contributing to the annual CSA Top 150 market project.
  • Assist teammates with various projects to maintain a collaborative work environment.
  • Send a weekly traffic agenda and follow up on missing invoices for streamlined operations.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in media invoice processing and traffic coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong data entry skills.
  • Experience using Strata® media buying/managing software or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and a quick learner with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a media or advertising environment is a plus.

 

Position: Invoice Manager & Traffic Coordinator

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Globally

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm CT

Holidays: Local US Holidays 

Salary: USD 1400 to USD 1800 per month
