  • Consult and advise logistics leaders with a genuine, impact-driven sales approach.
  • Build sincere customer relationships, representing TradeLink with authenticity and insight.
  • Partner closely with BDRs, co-create strong opportunities, and sharpen our targeting strategy.
  • Collaborate across teams — Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success — to deliver better outcomes.
  • Represent TradeLink at events, exhibitions, and webinars to expand our brand presence.
  • Shape our GTM strategy, sharing market insights directly with leadership.

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or comparable roles.
  • Track record of winning and expanding key accounts.
  • Expertise in consultative, value-based selling and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn the logistics and supply chain world and speak the customer’s language.
  • High energy, persistence, resilience, and hunger to win strategic deals.
  • Fluency in German and English.
