Job Overview

As the Senior CRM & Marketing Automation Expert, you'll take ownership of our entire marketing automation ecosystem—leading the evaluation, implementation, and execution of marketing platforms (especially HubSpot ) while integrating them with our broader tech stack (including Zoho CRM and Apollo.io ). You’ll be both strategist and executor, building workflows, automations, and analytics dashboards that directly drive lead quality, engagement, and conversion. Job Description 

Your Key responsibilities will include:

Platform Strategy & Implementation
  • Evaluate, select, and implement marketing automation platforms, with a focus on HubSpot.
  • Lead end-to-end setup, configuration, and migration of systems and workflows.
  • Execute seamless integrations with tools such as Zoho CRM, Apollo.io, Zapier, and APIs.
Automation & Workflow Execution
  • Build and optimize email campaigns, sequences, and automation workflows.
  • Set up dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation strategies to improve messaging accuracy and engagement.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
  • Develop and maintain actionable dashboards and KPIs to track campaign performance, automation success, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to align insights with business goals.
  • Use tools like Google Looker Studio to present clear, data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the super admin and technical lead for all marketing automation platforms.
  • Train internal team members and document all systems, workflows, and best practices.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness and driving ROI.
Technology & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of mar tech trends, including AI-driven automation, chatbots, and predictive tools.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept testing for new marketing technologies and automation platforms.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, platform integration, and lead management workflows; 7+ years preferred for candidates with end-to-end implementation experience across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot Marketing Automation—from implementation and workflow design to integrations and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement marketing automation platforms and optimize them for performance and scalability.
  • Strong background in data integration, using tools like Zapier, Make/Integromat, or direct API connections to sync data between platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Apollo.io).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset to resolve issues, maintain uptime, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, campaign personalization, segmentation, and dynamic content.
  • Analytical thinker with a track record of creating meaningful KPIs, attribution models, and actionable dashboards.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
  • Exceptional communicator—capable of translating complex technical solutions into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
  • Must be comfortable executing all tasks independently—from strategy and platform setup to workflow configuration and reporting.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging mar-tech trends, especially AI-driven automation and personalization tools.
Software Proficiencies

       Mandatory Requirements
  • HubSpot Marketing Automation (expert level) • CRM platforms (e.g. Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Prospecting & email automation tools (Apollo.io or similar: Lemlist, Lusha, etc.)
  • Integration & workflow tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, APIs/webhooks)
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
       Preferred (Not Required)
  • Rapid adaptation to additional automation platforms (Zoho Marketing Plus, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Hands-on with emerging mar-tech (AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, chatbots)
  • Data analytics & visualization tools (Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio)
  • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.)

  • SQL proficiency for advanced querying and reporting.
