Design data processing pipelines which meet functional requirements, minimize technical debt, and adhere organizational standards and act as a leader on the team throughout the delivery and the ongoing lifespan of those pipelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements
Design, implement, and maintain data models to support the reporting and analytics needs of the business
Design, develop, and optimize complex queries to support data discovery, analysis, and reporting.
Conduct thorough discovery to identify and address data quality issues, ensuring the data is accurate, complete, accessible for business needs, and properly secured
Perform research and engage in Proof of Concept work to ensure that emerging capabilities of the tools we use are properly being assessed and, where applicable, implemented
