We are looking for a passionate Senior 3D Character Artist to join our team. If you are looking for an open and professional environment to unleash the potential we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate should have extensive and demonstrable experience creating organic meshes in different styles and pipelines specifically among the videogame industry. 


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Be responsible for the creation of different types of organic assets such as characters or organic animated props.
  • Define the pipelines that will be followed in a project, assist leading the juniors and completing estimations or other documentation.

Skills

  • Knowledge of the standard 3D packages, Maya, Blender.
  • Proficient in using Substance Painter.
  • Experience using Unreal or Unity.
  • Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of mesh topology and human anatomy.
  • Some knowledge of other lifeforms anatomy.
  • A 2D background and are capable of following their own creations without a concept. 
  • Capability to achieve expected visual goals and style without fully defined blueprints.
  • Good understanding of which style and visuals are expected in each task or project.
  • Ability of art creation pipelines, asset exporting, and process automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reporting and documentation skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience and involved in various game development projects.
  • A passion for video games and capability to assist workmates. 
  • Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of human and animal anatomy.
  • Ability to answer and help workmates regarding specific 3D tasks.
  • Experience in various standard 3D packages.

Desirable pluses

  • Experience in hardsurface sculpting/modeling.
  • Basic knowledge of Marvelous Designer.
  • Some 2D or concept background.
  • Various lifeforms anatomy knowledge.
  • 3D animation/rigging skills.
