  • 3 or more years of experience in senior leadership roles
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage a high-performing team.
  • Strong decision making and stakeholder management skills with Senior Leadership teams.
  • A solid knowledge of business operations, processes, and strategies with a critical eye, seeking continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and implement strategic resolutions.
