
LeadVenture is looking for a Website Trainer to join our team!
In this role, you’ll provide hands-on training to customers on how to manage and maintain their websites using our proprietary content management system (CMS). You'll lead webinars and one-on-one sessions, report functionality issues and suggestions, educate clients on web best practices, and help create and maintain training materials and documentation.
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
- Train customers on how to setup, maintain and manage their websites through our proprietary content management system (CMS) via webinars and one-on-one training sessions
- Report issues (data, functionality) and product suggestions to the proper departments
- Explain and educate the client on website standards and best practices
- Create and update customer facing documentation and training resources
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Associate Degree and/or equivalent experience required
- A minimum of 1-2 years strong phone and customer service experience
- Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical customer
- Practical knowledge of basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
