About the Role:

This role will be a key member of the Global Sales Operations & Acceleration team; they will drive the Planning & Controlling agenda along with 2-3 direct reports.  Focus annual planning, long range planning, weekly forecasting, quarter end close, deal inspection, risk reviews and remediation, driving the adoption agenda along with the Post Sales Team.  They will partner with Sales Ops Business Partners on all aspects of Planning & Controlling - including the weekly forecasts, quarterly business reviews/retro, productivity, quota setting and managing the operating rhythms of the biz.  We’re looking for a strategic leader who can combine business acumen, technical and analytical skills, and top-notch relationship management skills to meet and deliver on strategic initiatives across the organization. This position will report to the Vice President of Global Sales Operations & Acceleration.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage a small team (2-3 people) to understand short- and medium-term business trends and often lead deep dives to pinpoint root cause.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of key performance indicators and formulate the narrative around quarterly sales performance, as well as other C-level presentations for our field operations leaders (president, CRO, SVP GTMSO, etc.)
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by delivering insights through data analysis.
  • Develop outstanding key internal stakeholder relationships across Product.
  • Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance.

What You Will Bring:

  • BS degree, preferably with an MBA focused on Strategy, Business, or Operations
  • 7+ years’ relevant experience; prior experience in Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Sales Finance
  • Ability to translate data into relevant insight: you know how to create compelling presentations and can lead executives through data deep-dives
  • Working knowledge of consumption-based SaaS organizations
  • The ability to build high-performance cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional, demonstrable track record of program execution, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to deliver results
  • A high degree of self-motivation fostered in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Strong executive presence: communication (verbal, written, presentation) and facilitation skills with experience engaging and partnering at all levels internally

This position has an annual estimated salary of $185,000 - $217,350 and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
