We are looking for a results-driven Mid-Market SaaS Sales Representative to join our team and help us scale our growth.
Job Summary: We’re hiring a Mid-Market SaaS Sales Representative to drive growth for our Digital Commerce business in North America. This remote role allows you to work from anywhere in the US or Canada! You’ll manage relationships with mid-sized wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing businesses, focusing on revenue growth through the entire sales cycle by identifying new opportunities, lead nurturing, and closing deals. Collaborating with marketing, customer success, and product teams, you'll deliver value-driven solutions. Some travel to client and partner locations is required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential mid-market customers through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, through partnerships and strategic networking.
· Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
· Solution Selling: Understand client needs and pain points to position our Digital Commerce platform effectively.
· Demo & Presentation: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and clearly articulate Experlogix’s value proposition and principal differentiators to key decision-makers.
· Negotiation & Closing: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
· Performance & Accountability: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, while participating in targeted projects to drive specific lead or client initiatives.
· Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with partner, marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance the sales process.
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in CRM.
· Industry Representation: Represent Experlogix at national conferences, client meetings, and agency events to build brand awareness and establish credibility
· Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a mid-market ecommerce sales role.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling techniques.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
