Job Description
The Quality Issue Management Program Manager has full responsibility for managing the Quality Issue Management team. This includes hiring, coaching, scheduling/delegating work, conducting performance reviews and determining pay/promotions.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA)
Experience may be substituted for education. For example, a two-year Associate degree plus 2 years applicable experience may be substituted for a BS/BA degree.
This is a remote Position
Application Window: April 5th
Pay Range: $85,000 to $110,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
LBP Eligible Position:
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
