A day in the life. 


As the Salesforce Enablement Specialist on the National Sales Operations team, you’ll report to the Manager, National Sales Enablement and work closely with our sales, marketing and IT teams to improve the Salesforce platform and educate regional sales teams on how to get the most out of the system. You’ll partner closely with our MMAforce IT team to stay up to date on improvements within the system and will create training documentation, such as templates and videos, to outline the business processes. As the Salesforce Enablement Specialist you will be responsible for conducting regular trainings, including but not limited to train the trainer sessions for Salesforce Regional Super Users, sales teams and sales leaders which will include system demonstrations, delivering the value proposition of the tool, as well as highlighting success stories and updates to the platform. As the Salesforce Enablement Specialist you will serve as a mentor to the regional Salesforce Super Users by providing support and fostering a community by organizing user groups, calls, and discussion boards for knowledge sharing.

  • We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • 3+ years’ working with Salesforce, including with end users in a support capacity 

  • 3+ years’ experience with training and development, including delivering live trainings, creating documentation, templates, and videos 

  • Strong presentation, organizational and communication skills 

  • Proven experience creating and hosting presentations

  • Proficient using MS Office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, etc.).

  • Alert, positive and approachable demeanor with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Salesforce Certifications - Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, and the Consultant certifications

  • Experience working Sales teams, sales leaders and understanding of sales processes

The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,700 to $115,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
