About The Role:

  • Main purpose of the role is to drive new new opportunities into the funnel and then nurture core prospect stakeholders relationships through the funnel, culminating in a client contract signature. Given the technical nature of the role, a BDM must also to ensure they utilise the rest of the organisation’s resources as scarcely as possible. As ambassadors of Enfuce, BDM’s are responsible, of ensuring that the prospect fits Enfuce CaaS model, target segment and size, as well as our risk and compliance exposure (especially when it comes to ELS providing BIN Sponsorship). By doing the above well, we save time (and money), eliminating waste and allowing everyone to focus on what they have been hired to do. With a clear scope to drive faster go-to-market and the highest possible Month 12 MRR.
  • Fully Remote role across Europe or UK.

Job responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage and cultivate new business opportunities to build a robust and value-focused sales pipeline. The business has 3 core lead acquisition channels: a) partnerships, b) marketing and c) BDM origination.
  • Navigate the entire sales process, from identifying potential value propositions to the successful negotiation and closure of contracts. Every 30 days an opportunity should have a touchpoint. Within a band of 45-70 days, an opportunity should progress to the next stage in the sales cycle.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records in SalesForce, ensuring all opportunities and closing plans reflect the projected value delivery
  • Collaborate across the Sales team, fostering a culture that prioritizes collective success and long-term value creation for our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and the broader ecosystem, to articulate the unique value propositions of our solutions.

Job Role:

  • Through concise and considered questioning, you are able to drive and open conversations with decision makers. Well-structured questioning will ensure you can maintain a productive conversation, even when a prospect is slightly pulling away. The output, is a focus and enablement of pin pointing and then magnifying the prospects problems you can solve
  • Utilize your in-depth experience within the card payment industry to ensure you are solving problems for the prospect. The aim is to build a bespoke card programme, card as a service.
  • Confidently manage a diverse portfolio of opportunities, guiding them to successful outcomes that enhance client value.
  • Contribute consistently to meeting or exceeding the company's sales targets through a value-driven mindset.
