Join YAZIO, a leader in the nutrition and calorie tracking app industry, as our new Marketing Operations Manager! We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a knack for project management and cross-functional collaboration. Your mission? Help scale YAZIO’s marketing operations, enhance collaboration across departments and lead our global marketing campaigns to inspire millions to lead healthier lives.

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

Your Mission
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting and reporting
  • Develop and manage project plans for marketing initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with strategic goals
  • Lead collaborative efforts across teams to optimize workflows and achieve superior project outcomes
  • Enhance process efficiency by identifying improvements, developing standard workflows and implementing scalable solutions
  • Support our Chief of Staff to the CMO with operational and project management tasks for special projects and marketing events
  • Provide data-driven insights from campaign performances and recommend actionable strategies for optimization
Your Profile
  • +3 years of experience in marketing and/or marketing operations, preferably within high-growth and fast-paced B2C tech companies
  • Proven track record of exceptional project management skills in cross-functional environments
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring clarity and alignment across departments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to manage changes and address unforeseen challenges rapidly
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to streamlining processes and enhancing team skills
