About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Project Management, Project Planning, Estimation, Scheduling, Costing, People management, SOW and Risk Management.
  • People management with proven experience of managing large team programs in onsite-offshore model.
  • Managing recruitment, training and selection of personnel as well as organizing, planning, and staffing operations.
  • Team Management, Service Delivery Management, Client Relationship Management.
  • Providing effective resolution to customer queries and improving relationships with the customer by anticipating customer future requirements
  • Carrying out resource planning, technical direction, effort estimation, tracking, risk management & mentoring; analyzing user requirements and statistics to identify trends and resolve performance issues. 

What You Will Do

  • Implementing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track project execution and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the Software and System Managers.
  • Should have strong knowledge on intel platform(Intel Client/Various Intel product family)
  • Should have validation experience in Windows ,Linux and Bios, Firmware and Device driver validation
  • Solid background in Pre/Post Silicon validation - x86 Architecture
  • Nice to have automation development experience (Python, Perl).
  • Interfacing b/w Client and testing teams, and support teams for testing, delivery and product dependencies
  • Excellent  verbal communications skills. Good articulation skills
  • Demonstrated team player and  leadership in a dynamic, fast moving and fast growing product development environment is preferred

Education/Experience

Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering and 8+ years of technical expertise in Escalation Engineering (or comparable customer-facing technical role)
