Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 85,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting Coordination: Take detailed meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings.

Project Briefs: Understand and organize project briefs, identify objectives, engage stakeholders, and ensure execution.
Reporting: Conduct weekly reporting and data entry on internal project boards.
Feedback Gathering: Regularly connect with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
Data Management: Perform ad-hoc data exports and update dashboards as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative and copy teams to support project needs.
Task Management: Capture action items, assign them in the project management tool, and track completion.

Must-Have Skills:

4+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
2+ years using Trello or similar project management tools.
2+ years of experience with Excel or Google Sheets (basic to intermediate skills).
Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Background in marketing with experience managing work streams from start to finish.
Ability to work GMT hours effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal communications.
Experience working with an apparel brand, especially in the D2C e-commerce space.
