Position Overview:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Instructor Talent Researcher. The Instructor Talent Researcher will contribute to building a robust pipeline of potential instructors for our courses. You will conduct systematic LinkedIn research, following our well-established strategies and guidelines.

This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow the developed sourcing strategies to identify potential instructors via LinkedIn and other sources.
  • Establish initial contact with potential instructors.
  • Collaborate with the pre-production team members to understand requirements and execute established sourcing strategies.
  • Keep a well-organized record of potential candidates and maintain regular communication.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Researcher (Sourcer).
  • Confident user of LinkedIn as a tool for research and building talent pipelines.
  • Upper-intermediate level proficiency in English (both spoken and written). 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, productivity software, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management and initiative.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
