  • Provide general administrative support, including document organization and coordination of events.

Administrative Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in an admin / virtual / executive assistant or community coordination role (ideally in wellness, coaching, or spiritual entrepreneurship spaces). Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using digital platforms including Mighty Networks, Gmail, Google Calendar, Canva, and basic social media scheduling tools. Aligned Communication: Clear, grounded communication style that reflects conscious leadership and fosters positive, high-vibration engagement across digital platforms. Self-Starter Energy: Able to take initiative, self-manage evolving priorities, and respond calmly and flexibly to the organic flow of a creative wellness business. Mission Fit: Strong resonance with topics like yoga, emotional healing, intuitive wisdom, energy work, and community-led consciousness expansion. Creative Skillset (Preferred): Ability to assist with visual content editing or creative support (basic design, social templates, or captions) is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

Mighty Networks Support: Support daily operations within the Mighty Networks platform, including member engagement, community content posting, discussion moderation, and event scheduling, ensuring alignment with the platform’s conscious mission. Calendar & Email Coordination: Maintain the founder’s schedule, coordinate appointments across time zones, respond to inquiries, and manage inbox flow with clarity and care. Social Media Support & Lead Generation: Assist in light social media content scheduling, creative repurposing, & organic lead generation initiatives across Instagram and Facebook, supporting brand visibility and community growth. Course & Program Administration: Support backend tweaks and maintenance of wellness courses and events, including uploading content, tracking participant engagement, and managing registration workflows. General Admin Support: Provide reliable, proactive assistance with ongoing admin tasks such as document organization, meeting notes, and backend coordination of retreats, launches, or partnerships. Mission-Aligned Execution: Embody the brand’s heart-centered, soul-aligned vision in every task, serving as an energetic steward of community values and contributing meaningfully to a transformative, service-centered digital space.
