HVAC Lead Our Brand Business Partner
Position Summary
The HVAC Lead Our Brand Business Partner has extensive experience in HVAC sales, and strategic leadership and is responsible for driving performance excellence, market share growth, and customer-centric innovation. This role is responsible for revenue generation through the successful execution of programs and processes by working with Our Brands and Ferguson region leaders.
LOCATION: This role will be remote in the Central US Region of: Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kansas, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Michigan - Must live in the Region
Primary Responsibilities
- Product Sales Performance Analytics and Strategy: Conduct in-depth product sales performance analytics, using data insights to formulate comprehensive strategies that improve revenue growth and market penetration. Proactively find opportunities for improvement and take decisive actions to capitalize on them.
- Market Share Growth and Compliance: Drive initiatives to achieve and surpass market share targets, focusing sharply on market trends and competitor activities. Ensure adherence to all compliance activities and regulations within the customer groups to safeguard the company's reputation and operational integrity.
- Pricing and Profitability Optimization: Provide expert guidance and direct support for pricing strategies, considering market dynamics, customer needs, and profitability goals. Collaborate with relevant partners to develop pricing models that ensure competitive advantage while improving profitability.
- Customer Service Excellence: Oversee the customer service function, setting high service standards and resolving warranty issues and customer complaints promptly and effectively. Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization.
- Strategic Training and Development: Identify critical training needs for the Our Brand team and collaborate with corporate trainers to design and implement impactful training programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- New Product and Program Leadership: Take ownership of new product and program launches, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration and measuring success through well-defined KPIs. Innovate and drive initiatives that capture market share and drive customer loyalty.
- Provide leadership and guidance regarding Our Brand specification opportunities.
- Display Management: Directly support and enforce display requirements and the strategic placement of Our Brand Products. Enhance visual merchandising to attract and engage customers effectively.
- Develop a regional marketing plan aligned to implement customer events using Our Brand Co-Op funding.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide strategic execution feedback, field intelligence, and actionable insights to the National Sales Manager and executive leadership team. Continuously assess the market landscape and identify new product opportunities.
- Sales Team Enablement: Offer expert sales support and collaborate with the sales team to close critical customer opportunities, fostering a high-performance sales culture and customer relationship management.
- Strategic Leadership and Additional Duties: Contribute strategic leadership to the organization beyond Our Brand responsibilities.
- Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by the leadership team
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for Our Brand product development and management. Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for Our Brand product lines, optimizing cost structures while maintaining product quality.
- Monitor financial performance, sales, and profitability of our-brand products.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, HVAC industry knowledge. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of experience in product management, sales, or business development.
- Expert-level analytical abilities with a track record of translating data into actionable strategies that get results.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and inspire a high-performance culture.
- Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategies, compliance management, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Success in leading and driving new product launches, with a clear focus on measuring performance and outcomes.
- Solid understanding of visual merchandising and its impact on customer engagement and product sales.
- Adept at providing guidance and support to sales teams, driving customer-centric solutions.
- Previous experience in a senior leader role with strategic decision-making responsibilities.
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
