Job description

A wellness brand blending traditional herbal medicine with modern science to create effective and clean remedies that target the root causes of health imbalances. The company is on a mission to promote long-term wellness through herbal medicine, featuring traditional herbs from Ayurvedic, Chinese, Japanese, and Western medicine. Role Overview:
The Brand Partnerships Manager will play an essential role in sourcing, securing, and managing brand partnerships that elevate the brand and expand the customer base. This role will involve working directly with the Senior Brand Manager to implement high-impact partnerships and execute critical brand-building initiatives, including media coverage, consumer awareness, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Partnerships: Source and secure brand collaborations that align with the company’s values, including product partnerships, hotel collaborations, subscription boxes, and more.

  • Proposal & Outreach: Create and execute brand proposals, manage outreach, and follow up on partnership opportunities.

  • Budget & Negotiation: Manage partnership budgets, negotiate financial terms, and track deliverables and timelines.

  • Market Insight: Stay updated on cultural trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors to ensure the brand’s position as an industry leader.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product) to align partnerships with broader business objectives.

  • Events: Own and execute the community event strategy to drive brand awareness and engage both partner and customer communities.

  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless event execution and fulfillment of brand and partner obligations.

  • Content Creation & Analysis: Coordinate with social teams to capture content during events and establish success criteria for events, analyzing post-event impact and providing recommendations for improvement.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 2+ years of previous experience in brand marketing and/or experiential marketing, with a proven ability to build strong brand relationships.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication for diverse audiences (consumer, business, healthcare practitioners).

  • Strong passion for storytelling through brand marketing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.

  • Ability to work within the Eastern Time Zone (9:00am - 5:00pm) with some flexibility.
