You’ll be part of the Marketing team (aka the hype squad) and report to our Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, partnering closely to bring events to life with purpose, polish, and a spark of brand magic.
You believe events aren’t just about executing plans—they’re about creating moments that matter. You’re naturally proactive and know that clear, timely communication is the secret sauce. Whether it’s keeping internal teams aligned, vendors on track, or attendees informed and excited, you’re always five steps ahead. And when things go sideways (as they sometimes do in events), you’re the calm in the chaos.
You’ve got a sixth sense for hospitality, a sharp eye for cost savings, and a real knack for balancing “wow” with ROI. You ask the right questions, push back when needed, and know how to get buy-in across departments. You don’t just love events—you own them, start to finish.
