The Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) team at Egnyte is entrusted with driving the company's growth and success across the Financial Services sector. With over 2200 community members (customers), our team is responsible for:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to the FSI vertical
  • Advocating for FSI solutions that address the unique needs of our customers
  • Providing insights and leadership across various stages, from demand generation to sales enablement and customer success

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Vertical Portfolio Manager for Wealth Management, you'll spearhead our go-to-market strategy in this critical sub-industry. Your role will be pivotal in establishing Egnyte as the #1 vendor in the wealth management space for document collaboration, intelligence, and trusted document experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute the GTM strategy for our Wealth Management vertical
  • Elevate Egnyte's brand through thought leadership and industry events
  • Lead quarterly field marketing activities, including high-impact customer visits
  • Partner with digital marketing to optimize campaigns, webinars, and events
  • Collaborate with Sales to drive key deals and achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Work closely with Enablement and Product Marketing to tailor sales toolkits
  • Provide strategic input to Product teams on industry-specific needs
  • Support channel growth via MSP, VAR, and Association-related partnerships
  • Define, set, and measure quarterly OKRs to achieve annual goals/targets
  • Work with teams across US, UK, and EMEA geographies
  • Report directly to the Director of Financial Services

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Buy-Side, Sell-Side or broader Financial Services, either as an Operational Leader, Technology Leader, or in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales for an industry solution provider
  • Deep understanding of client-facing workflows, file/data management, compliance, cybersecurity, and related relevant solutions in Wealth Management or Financial Services markets
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across diverse geographies and stakeholder groups
  • Visible Program Management or Project Management experience
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a scaling organization
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to build a high-impact vertical practice
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 times per quarter (approximately 25% of the time)

COMPENSATION:

Our competitive compensation package for this position includes:

  • Base salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
  • Performance-based quarterly bonuses
  • Compensation may vary based on; work location, job-related skills, and/or relevant knowledge and experience
