Role: Outbound Sales Development Representative

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary

Shift schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 pm to 6:00 am Philippine Time

Work Setup: Work from Home



We are seeking a high-energy Outbound SDR to help generate pipeline by writing effective outbound emails, managing outreach campaigns, and booking meetings with qualified prospects. This role will involve daily engagement across email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels to drive new business.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Write and send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Manage outbound sequences using Apollo.io, SalesLoft, or Outreach.io.
  • Build and segment lead lists for targeted outreach efforts.
  • Track and optimize metrics including open rates, response rates, and meetings booked.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outbound messaging.
  • Maintain clean, organized prospecting data within a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly number of qualified meetings booked.
  • Email open and reply rates.
  • LinkedIn outreach engagement rates.
  • Pipeline generated through outbound efforts.

Job Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in outbound tools such as Apollo.io (preferred), SalesLoft, or Outreach.io.
  • Excellent writing and message personalization skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Solid understanding of cold email best practices and deliverability.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 12 years of experience in outbound SDR, sales, or growth roles.
  • Skilled in crafting natural, engaging outreach messages.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and eager to test new outreach strategies.
