Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this role plays a key part in delivering impactful first- and third-party events that drive marketing and sales pipeline, increase brand visibility, and strengthen client relationships. Role collaborates with Sales, Account Management, Creative, and Marketing Operations to manage logistics, coordinate vendors, support content development, and assist with strategic planning and performance reporting.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Manage the coordination and delivery of U.S. events calendar—including conferences, hosted events, and webinars—from pre-event logistics through post-event reporting.
Identify and assess third-party event opportunities that align with Foundever’s verticals, customer profiles, and marketing objectives.
Maintain a centralized calendar of event dates, deliverables, and progress to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.

Coordinate with Sales and Account Management on pre-event outreach, on-site meetings, and post-event follow-up to support lead conversion.
Work with marketing leadership and the Creative Team to develop booth messaging, signage, speaker content, and supporting materials.
Support multi-channel promotion efforts including email campaigns, social media, and internal sales enablement.

Coordinate sourcing and delivery of branded items for events, direct mail, and employees.
Manage logistics such as venue sourcing, AV, registration, booth setup, shipping, and vendor communications to ensure seamless execution.
Track and coordinate shipments of event materials across multiple locations in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders

Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate lead capture and CRM tracking via Salesforce, HubSpot, and Salesloft.
Assist with the planning and delivery of Client Advisory Board sessions, including agendas, invites, and coordination with internal teams.
Help plan and execute first-party events such as roundtables, dinners, and networking experiences.

Support the coordination of webinars and digital programs, such as LinkedIn Live, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Monitor event expenses and contribute to post-event KPI reporting, including leads, meetings, attendance, and influenced revenue
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Preference for degrees in the following or related areas: Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, Marketing, etc.
A minimum of 5–7 years of related B2B events or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of the BPO or CX industry is a significant plus.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); expert-level PowerPoint skills preferred.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Salesloft.
Strong project management and organizational skills; familiarity with Asana a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Comfortable working with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders
