About the Role
Reporting is at the core of how our customers understand their performance and make strategic decisions. In your role as the Product Manager for Reporting, you will be responsible for ensuring our reporting platform is accurate, consistent, trusted and valued by customers across all channels. You will lead the development of reporting features, analytics dashboards, data exports, and alerting capabilities, while establishing strong governance over product metrics and data sources.

You’ll take ownership of the full reporting experience — defining and standardizing core product metrics, enabling cross-channel visibility, and building tools that help our customers surface insights, troubleshoot issues, and share results.

We are seeking a Product Manager (PM) to join our team. PMs at Attentive own product development from start to finish, leading cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and go-to-market stakeholders to strategize and execute on our product roadmap. If you’re looking to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with a passionate team, this is an excellent opportunity.

What You'll Accomplish
  • Own the strategy and execution for Attentive’s reporting and analytics platform, including dashboards, scheduled reports, and custom reporting features
  • Define, standardize, and maintain core product metrics across the platform, ensuring consistency and alignment through governance policies which will require collaboration and coordination across many internal teams
  • Drive alignment on metric definitions in partnership with analytics and data stakeholders — you will be the go-to person for ensuring data consistency across the product
  • Deliver a seamless, consistent reporting experience across channels, including SMS, email, push, and more — while supporting channel-specific reporting where valuable
  • Build and scale our capabilities in performance summary emails, CSV exports, scheduled reports, SFTP delivery, and other report delivery methods
  • Prioritize improvements to underserved areas like generated reports, segment exports, and event data visibility — with a focus on rebuilding trust through transparency and usability
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to shape the roadmap, gather customer feedback, and launch new features with measurable impact
  • Champion alerting and anomaly detection features that help customers catch issues and act fast

  • Your Expertise
  • You have at least 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS or data-focused company
  •   You have a passion for data, analytics, and helping customers understand performance through clear, accessible reporting. You can translate complicated data concepts into clear, easy-to-understand visualizations / UX
  • You are a systems thinker — excited by the challenge of managing data consistency, metric definitions, and governance across a complex platform. You are incredibly detail oriented and enjoy thinking through 2nd and 3rd order effects of decisions
  • You’re comfortable working with data and technical stakeholders and can speak the language of metrics, schemas, and business logic
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable steps
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can align diverse stakeholders behind a clear vision and roadmap
  • You’re highly analytical and make data-driven decisions, setting measurable goals and tracking outcomes post-launch
  • You’re passionate about delivering tools customers love and trust

  • Nice to Haves
  • Experience working with analytics platforms or reporting tools
  • Familiarity with data export mechanisms, SFTP, or scheduled reports
  • You'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
