Job description

Executive Assistant

Join a dynamic and fast-paced real estate investment firm managing thousands of residential units across Georgia, Indiana, Alabama, and Ohio. We're seeking a sharp and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a busy real estate executive in both personal and professional matters. If you're eager to take ownership of diverse tasks and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this is a high-impact opportunity to make your mark.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and manage the executive's calendar and communications with internal and external stakeholders, including investors.
  • Follow up on non-urgent matters and ensure timely communication.
  • Draft, send, and follow up on professional emails on behalf of the executive.
  • Organize and maintain data, contact lists, and digital files.
  • Perform data entry, create lists, and use basic formulas and formatting in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Conduct basic online research and compile relevant articles or government resources.
  • Provide occasional personal support, including scheduling appointments or assisting with household tasks.
  • Track and execute to-do items, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
Who You'll Work With:

Be the right hand to a fast-paced, high-performing real estate executive. You'll play a key role in maintaining order and efficiency across both business and personal spheres. Your ability to streamline communication and organize information will directly impact the executive’s daily productivity and strategic focus.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Organized: Able to keep schedules, tasks, and information neatly maintained and up to date.
  • Intelligent: Understands instructions and can apply simple variations—ideal for someone who can think clearly, not necessarily complexly.
  • Trainable: Capable of learning basic processes and tools, and reliably repeating tasks once taught.
  • Basic English Fluency: Comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in clear, professional English.
  • Tech-Literate: Familiar with Gmail, Google Sheets/Excel, and able to navigate basic digital tools independently.
  • Proactive (Preferred): Able to take initiative and follow up on assigned responsibilities without excessive prompting.
  • Experience: General work experience is required.
Why Join Us?
  • Impact: Play a critical support role for a real estate executive managing thousands of units across multiple states.
  • Culture: Thrive in an environment where precision, responsiveness, and professionalism are valued every day.
