What you will do:

An E-commerce and Transformation Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing digital transformation projects within an e-commerce environment. This role requires a strong understanding of both project management principles and e-commerce operations, including website development, inventory management, marketing, and customer experience. They act as a liaison between various teams, ensuring projects align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget. 

How you will do it:

  • Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating detailed project plans, and overseeing their execution. 

  • Oversee all aspects of business transformation projects, from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

  • Managing interactions and communication between various teams, including product, technology, marketing, and operations. 

  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment. 

  • Overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project success. 

  • Ensure transformation initiatives are aligned with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.

  • Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. 

  • Tracking project progress, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on project status to stakeholders. 

  • Understanding and managing the integration of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, inventory systems, and other relevant technologies. 

  • Proficient in project management methodologies, such as PMBOK or Agile, with strong planning, execution, and monitoring skills.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with the project, ensuring its successful completion.
