What you will do:

An E-commerce and Transformation Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing digital transformation projects within an e-commerce environment. This role requires a strong understanding of both project management principles and e-commerce operations, including website development, inventory management, marketing, and customer experience. They act as a liaison between various teams, ensuring projects align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget.

How you will do it:

Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating detailed project plans, and overseeing their execution.
Oversee all aspects of business transformation projects, from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
Managing interactions and communication between various teams, including product, technology, marketing, and operations.
Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment.
Overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project success.
Ensure transformation initiatives are aligned with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.
Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Tracking project progress, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
Understanding and managing the integration of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, inventory systems, and other relevant technologies.
Proficient in project management methodologies, such as PMBOK or Agile, with strong planning, execution, and monitoring skills.
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with the project, ensuring its successful completion.
