We are currently seeking a Solutions Product Manager, Biomarker Discovery and Single Cell Omics Workflows, who will be responsible for on-market research sorters as well as drive insights into key workflows where these products are utilized.  This position is part of the Solutions Product Management team in Beckman Coulter Life Sciences’ Flow Cytometry (Flow) Business Unit on site in Miami, Florida or Loveland, CO or in a fully remote role.  

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Commercial product management activities for products in sorters product lines including new product launches
  • Understanding commercial go-to-market strategies to develop impactful sales and commercial marketing content and approaches leveraging a deep understanding of key markets and application workflows (biomarker discovery and single cell omics)
  • Creating content in collaboration with Commercial Marketing and the BU Commercial Excellence team for fielded products to support campaigns and revenue expectations.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for the assigned products and target markets/customers with regular analysis of trends, competitors, channels, standards, etc.

The essential requirements for the job include:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as biology, bioengineering, biotechnology, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degrees, such as an MBA, can also be advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of flow cytometry sorters and the customer workflows where they are used; preference for firsthand experience with both conventional and spectral cytometers and sorters.
  • The ability to deliver results in a matrixed environment distributed across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders and building relationships with customers and partners across geographies.
  • A solid understanding of the DBS toolkit to drive KPIs across all product aspects of quality, sales and support

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

The salary range for this role is $115,000-175,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
