Essential professional experience:

2+ years of proven work experience as a TA Specialist/Recruiter for both technical and non-technical direction;
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques;
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, tracking performance metrics;
Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise - market status, trends, best practices;
Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;
Working proficiency level in English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
