You will be part of an international team of experts with an office at our marketing HQ in Berlin Mitte, in a hybrid format or fully remote.

As (Senior) Media Buyer (Social Media), you'll play a key role in our Performance Marketing team and help to scale volume and performance further up

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms;
  • Strategically allocate media budgets (6–7 figures monthly) to achieve performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.);
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and placements;
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices;
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g. Product Development, Business Intelligence, Adtech, Creative Design);
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in media buying with a strong focus on paid social traffic;
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget performance campaigns with measurable success;
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific ad formats, targeting, bidding strategies, and attribution models;
  • Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics platforms;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data into strategy adjustments;
  • Fluent in English (every additional language is a plus);
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
  • Independent, intrinsically motivated person who is willing to break new ground, test things and familiarise herself/himseklf with new topics;
  • Excellent knowledge of using social media management tools and analytics tools;
  • Creativity and the ability to present complex topics in an understandable and appealing way;
  • Ability to work independently, in a team and to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
